Workout # 1 - April 14th

Did my first work out of the day....I decided to split my work outs up today. Not sure if it will help, or make a difference at all. I did almost a full hour of Tae-Bo this time. This one uses an weight bar; but can definitely do the work out with out it. Some parts I definitely put the bar down, but still got a good work out in. With this work out I burned 512 calories. For those that want to see the workout (and maybe give it a try) here you go:

I burned double the calories yesterday, lol! But yes I will be doing more....today in fact

@MommyOfEli2013 Thank you for sharing that with us. I found something that is good for me. I found a walking video that I do during the week plus my exercises I also do. The one I found is good for me because I am limited with the use of my shoulders and can only lift them so much so this works out good for me. Thanks anyway.

Yes it definitely is, thank you. I have a list saved of probably 80 different workouts on YouTube that I can do...so lots of options.

Thanks and so with you. We can do this! Aja aja (let's fight - let's do this/ we can do this!) lol Since i have this to remind me, i am now preparing my home gym equipment... not the big machines though.

Thank you, it's my 5th day of working out in April....I know I should have started a long time ago but least I am now. And that is great that you have walked/jogged :)

@LindaOHio Maybe I should stop weighing daily, but maybe I will just take it out of my daily posts and do a weekly weigh in - though I still will step on the scale daily lol
