Tonight we're watching The Phantom of the Opera on YouTube, or at least half of us are watching it at the moment.
I'm eating a slice of banana bread as my dessert. It's not the usual recipe that we make, but a cinnamon swirl loaf, and oh is it good! It's almost like a banana bread coffee cake.
All is calm for the moment.

We sure are! I didn't realize how many songs some of the kids knew.

@spiderdust I have that one, plus two very old ones, but they are on K7, I must convert them to DVD.

This was the performance from the Royal Albert Hall in 2011.

@LadyDuck I'm not familiar with the K7 format... is it like VHS?

I've seen that on stage 6 times now--I was going to watch it again but got distracted by a Netflix movie!!
Tonight our PBS station is rerunning the "Kinky Boots"ovie--really a fun show if you haven't seen it!

Oh, wow! I've seen the movie; I had plans to see a local stage production of it this month, but sadly it had to be postponed.
