Health Journey 2020 - Day 112 + Work Out | April 21st

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my food/health/workout post for the day. Weigh in? (Still doing them daily for now) 180.2 - Yesterday 180.4 - Today Went up a tiny bit....but hope that is not the case all week! Blood sugars: Fasting - 100 Meal 1 - 89 Meal 2 - 87 ~ So, much better today! Thank goodness. What did I eat? Meal 1 - Tuna with mayo & sugar free ketchup 1 slice of swiss cheese Meal 2 - Low carb pizza - using "Chaffles" as the crust For the chaffles I use 1 egg (or liquid egg whites), 1/2 cup cheese and I added garlic powder to this recipe. Snack/Dessert (right after meal 2) - 1/2 sugar free peanut butter cookie -1/2 cup sugar free pudding "Mousse" Macros for the day: Calories: 1,234 Protein: 58 Fat: 93 Carbs: 23 Still a little low on the protein, but it is harder to hit that macro when I am only eating 2 meals these days. Calories burned during workout: 931 Steps - almost 12,000 (forgot to check the exact amount before the day reset) I did 1 hour 40 minutes of working out today ~ 50 dancing and Tae-Bo the rest. For those interested, I will share one of the work outs I did. How did you all do with food and/or exercise?

Food does not work these days. I have reduced 5 kgs in one month since this lockdown started although I eat more than normal.

Well not everyone can, I understand. When I am able to go spend afternoons with my family again I will go back to three meals probably
