I have a cooked zucchini that Tania brought me. I was going to eat itwith mayo but it was too old.
So I will only use the flesh, add an egg and a fried onion and put it in small bowl with grated cheese over it.
I think that I´ll serve it with a boiled potato as my brother brought me potatoes again.
I have almost become a vegetarian lately.

This was a big zucchini (the inside) cooked. I fried diced onion (half), a cooked carrot I had (mashed) and 2 eggs. I mixed all of it with 2 eggs and placed them at the oven.

That sounds pretty tasty.
I have a zucchini and yellow squash that I will cut into chunks and cook them with some diced tomatoes w/mild chilies. I think I'll do that tomorrow.

I don´t dare eat much of the meat I have hoarded because I don´t know how much this will last.

I've never heard of a zucchini pudding before! It does sound like an interesting savory dish.
