Good day myLotters! Hope everyone is doing great this fine Friday morning. If you're living in the other side of the world, hope you are enjoying your lazy Thursday evening. Got tons to do here at work but I'm putting it off ... for now. Oh well, I'm not the president of the local Procrastinator's Club for nothing... LOL!!! Anyway, wanted to start the day right so I decided to have a proper breakfast. Usually, it is just a cup of hot chocolate for me and a glass of water. Sometimes, I have a glass of water and a protein shake. That's it. Today though, I had raisin bagels, two microwaved eggs, and microwaved ham. I think microwaving food is a healthier alternative to frying. I can do without the excess oil. I had a cup of hot chocolate to top of the breakfast. The eggs were special because I added a two tablespoons of mustard and a dash of hot sauce before briskly mixing it and putting it in the microwave. Preparation time was really fast. The breakfast was done in ten minute tops including plating. How I present my food is as important as how it tastes. Anyway, what are your favorite breakfast treats? What are the traditional breakfast meals in your country? Do you like it as is or do you change it up sometimes? Feel free to chime in friends!!!

@allen0187 I do not have a microwave. I have a toaster oven. I prefer regular bagels. Raisin are fine, but, regular is better with cream cheese. To me the eggs and bagel are fine, but, the ham I would pass on. I do not eat that. I only eat kosher food. I have cereal and hot chocolate for breakfast and that is good. I eat what I eat and do not eat an Israeli breakfast.
