Quarantined birthday child with a heart of gold

I am impressed with the way that eight year old Emilio Flores dealt with his bad luck of being quarantined in his home in Lyndhurst New Jersey. Emilio received an idea from his parents who wanted to make a donation to the local food bank to assist the needy in his area. Emilio was able to make his birthday request to his parents that through word of mouth and social media to have food donated to his parents home so his family could donate the food that would be sent to his home to a local food bank. The response for food to be donated to his parents home after the word got out was that 4,000 food items were sent to his home. The Flores family sent the food donations to food banks in Lyndhurst and Harrison New Jersey. Of course Emilio did receive birthday wishes from his friends. Emilio did admit he feels great for making needy people in his community receive gifts from his family. The story ends with how would have Emilio celebrated his eighth birthday had he been healthy. Emilio admitted that he and his relatives would have gone to an amusement park. But paying it forward made him happier.
