Health Journey 2020 - Day 116 | April 26th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I don't really have a weigh in because I forgot what I weighed this morning (lol). Blood sugars: Fasting - 167 Snack - 145 Meal 2 - 101 The fasting was not as bad as I thought it would be. Glad the number was back down to 101 at the end of the day. What did I eat yesterday? Meal 1 - can of tuna with mayo & no sugar added ketchup 1 slice of swiss cheese Then I did my 2 hour work out (30 minutes of Tae Bo and 1 hour and a half of Zumba (dancing) ). With this workout I drank a Zipfizz. Snack - 2 sugar free/low carb peanut butter cookies Meal 2 - Cake batter Chaffles with butter and sugar free syrup I made the chaffles with cream cheese rather than mozzarella cheese this time. I prefer the sweet ones this way. & 2 slices of deli turkey Snack - 1 serving of sugar free white chocolate chips and 1 serving of sugar free milk chocolate chips Now, for the macros: Calories - 1,152 Protein - 58 Fat - 90 Net carbs - 19 I know the protein is still low....tomorrow I should hopefully have more. Going to add a protein (Keto Chow) shake after my work out. Calories burned in the work out - 1,208 (yes more than the calories I consumed). Steps - 14,774! WOW that is a lot :) How did you all do? Did you get a lot of steps? Did you workout? How was your food? For those interested - here is the other work out that I did today!

That's a lot of steps and a good workout. I did okay. Not the greatest but my total calories is under 1200, so that's good.

What kind of diet are you doing? I've tried EVERYTHING. Currently doing intermittent fasting. I like it better than other diets I've tried

Low carb/Keto with intermittent fasting. I miss the carbs, but this is what works for me.

You have good diet just maintain it. Today i do 40 minutes workout only..Nothing more special..
