National Prime Rib Day National Tell a Story Day 1981 - Xerox PARC introduces the computer mouse. 2006 - Construction begins on One World Trade Center in New York City. 1932 - Casey Kasem was born. He was an American disc jockey, music historian, radio personality, actor and voice actor. He is probably best remembered for hosting American Top 40 from 1970 until his retirement in 2009. He was the first actor to be the voice of Norville "Shaggy" Rogers in Scooby-Doo from 1969-1997 and 2002-2009. He died in 2014. 1939 - Judy Carne was born. She was an English actress best known for being the "Sock it to me!" gal on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In TV program. She died in 2015. Photo Credit: Pixabay
