Monday Workout - 4/27/2020

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I got my work out for the day finished....another long one! I did 2 hours and 5 minutes. I did 45 minutes of a work out like TaeBo - but not as enjoyable. Then I did 55 minutes of Zumba (so much fun) Then I did a mix of other things for the last amount to get me to 2:05. I burned 1,200 calories! Ended the work out with 13,233 steps (started with less than 1,000). Heart rate got up to 174, average 148. How high does yours get when you work out? For those interested - here is the Zumba work out I did.

@MommyOfEli2013 I exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Sometimes a hour. Congratulations on the 75 pound loss.

I used to work out 3 hours+ a day when I lost 75 pounds....not sure I could do that much these days!

I've seen my heart rate as high as 135. You did well.

@just4him My calories have all been low and I have been burning a lot....so I should....would love to see a big drop

That is a nice number, and not way up there like mine gets! Thank you! I didn't plan to do 2 hours today....but I got to an hour and tried for more....and then ended up at 2 hours.

Yes I have been....3 days in a row of getting 2 hours of working out...and burning around 1,200 calories.

@kobesbuddy He don't want to....already tried to get him into it. But him being home from school gives me more time to work out.
