A Tennessee family reunites with their missing dog after nearly two months

Eric Johnson and his wife Faith went through the loss of their home In Putnam County Tennessee in early March when a tornado struck their home that killed 18 people and 24 in the state. To make matters worse, their Australian shepherd Bella vanished after the damage from the storm passed. Even though the Johnson family lost possession of their home and were living in a hotel, they never lost hope that they would reunite with their pet one day. Thanks to a family friend named Sarah Romeyn who works in her profession of finding lost pets after storms, she was able to trap Bella by having her eat some food that she left for the dog near her home. Eric received the good news on Sunday that Bella was at the Romeyn home in Putnam County where the reunion of the pet and her owner took place after 54 days. The Johnson family will rebuild their home that was destroyed by the tornado in the same place since they like their current residence and will not allow a storm to scare them away.
