Tim Barros who is a police officer that is employed by the Wellesley Police in Massachusetts was surprised when he went to buy a sandwich at a Linden Store during his lunch break to find out that a mystery female customer who ahead of him in the checkout line paid for his meal. It is nor known if the mystery female customer has deep pockets or decided in her own unique way to thank Officer Barros for his service to the community. The Wellesley Police Department has personally thanked the mystery female customer for her generous act of paying for the police officer's sandwich. The best part of this story is that the female customer who paid for the police officer's sandwich is that she has decided to keep her identity a secret from the public.

That is a kind gesture. Certainly something that all of us need to do during this pandemic.

@Deepizzaguy That was so nice what she did. If they thanked her then didn't they find out who she is? If they found out who she is then she is not a mystery anymore.

The police only went as far as to thank her for her generous act even though they do not know who she is.

I love this story, and what I love even more is that there are many more like it happening all around the world. Little acts of kindness done with no thought of recognition sought the crisis is bringing the best out in so many people that it is heart warming to witness.. Also I like that when these acts if kindness stories are being shared they are inspiring others to do the same.
