Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I am here to share my food/exercise for the day.
I won't share the daily weigh ins - for now....I will share that on Fridays.
I will share my blood sugars though.
I only checked 1 time today - fasting ~ 143
The day was not a normal one food wise.
My first meal was a Keto Chow shake (Mocha flavor) while I got my first work out in. I decided to have the shake while doing laundry; but I also decided to do a work out while waiting for the laundry.
Then, we had pizza for dinner (regular, not low carb) - but I only had 2 slices.
I did have a cookie also....
But then, I worked out for another 30 minutes.
So....numbers for the day?
Calories - 863
Protein - 40
Fat - 48
Net Carbs - 63
Calories Burned - 1,025
Steps - 14,543
I will make up for the protein/calories tomorrow. Also, hopefully will keep my carbs lower.

I had my usual soup. You probably burned enough calories to get rid of that pizza!
