Many times I have written about Cotton, the rescued owl at the local state park. I returned today hoping to find her. Her cage was moved last week due to construction.
No rangers were around that I could find today. But Cotton was back in her cage, and she has a friend in a cage beside her. His name is Crash. I cannot wait to her his story. His nameplate only said "Hello, My Name is Crash".
I was able to snap a few photos of Crash. Cotton would not look at the camera today. Maybe next time.
Hopefully the next visit, things will be calm and I can find a ranger to learn of Crash's story. It was a beautiful day to get out for awhile.

That sounds so nice. Maybe Cotton will like having a next door neighbor!
