Health Journey 2020 - Day 124 | May 3rd

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
The day here was alright. Got a late start (as usual). Had my first meal about 1 P.M. We had Burger King, and I just decided to have a "cheat" day. I did work out though. At Burger King I had chicken fingers (or I guess they are called fries) and a small order of fries - which I shared with my husband.
Before going to my mom's I did a shorter workout today - 45 minutes (30 minutes Tae Bo and 15 minutes dancing).
Then, later in the day when I went to my mom's, we had dinner around 4:30. She cooked some fries and chicken....so guess I had a similar dinner, lol.
Around 6, I did have a small ice cream cone.
I did not track at all today - but I burned over 400 calories in the work out I know. I ended the day with over 8,000 steps - but not my 10,000+ that I like to get.
Tomorrow I will be back on my normal low carb diet. I know already what one of my meals will be.
I do hope by Friday I will have a great number on the scale to share with you all.
We saw my grandparents for a few minutes today - and my grandpa commented that it looked like I had lost some weight (and he rarely will comment on that sort of stuff). So that was nice. I don't see any difference yet, but I have not seen them in over a month.
Anyways....so that was the day here. I will have the normal food/health post tomorrow. How did you all do?

@just4him Well here they say gatherings of up to 10 can happen in stage 2; but also those who are higher risk should stay in isolation till stage 4.

Yes, a shorter work out but at least I did something. It was nice, although don't know when I can stay longer and have dinner with them again...

@MommyOfEli2013 Its like anything you see everyday. I havent lost any lately but just realized that my tummy is shrinking by looking at my belt. I have it in the last hole and it is starting to fit loose.

I'm glad your grandfather noticed your weight loss. I'm not sure what I'm having today. Hubby fell back asleep; and I am hungry!
