Now there's a challenge! What would you ask?

We have a new resident in New Street! He has just moved into the house over the road and this is his work "half van" parked outside.
It's the slogan "If it's broken, call Dave" that intrigues me. My literalist mind immediately wondered what "breaks" he might find a bit more challenging. I might feel tempted to call the number and ask "How are you with ankles? legs? arms? necks?"
And then there is "What about this promise I was given?"
And - should the Covid-19 pandemic get completely out of hand - "Could you put the National Health Service back together again?"
Or maybe that is not what Dave had in mind!

It seems to me that there's one thing broken that he urgently needs to fix and that is the disparity between the two registration plates! As he has cut off the cab of the van to convert it into a trailer, it should no longer have its own registration but should be displaying that of the towing vehicle!

I noticed that after I posted this piece! He has now driven off in the car and left the trailer behind. We may find out if he has another vehicle - with the correct plates - at some point in the future, but you are quite right - totally illegal!

@indexer I'm about to do a second post, with that whole poem about abandoned, It's still NOT quite right, but I've fought with it long enough and need to wait a bit again, then come back to it.
