Even 11-year-old children say the darndest things!

I wound up taking a nap yesterday afternoon. Or did I pass out with my guitar in my hands? It doesn't matter.
At about 8 PM, Horse Jr. was at my door, wanting to play cops and robbers on bicycles. I needed some exercise, so I grabbed my bike and was ready to go.
We took turns being the bad guy and the cop. He likes to "speed" on his little bike, so I hid behind some cars, pulled him over, and "busted" him for going 20 mph in a 10 mph zone. I wrote him a pretend ticket.
When I was the bad guy, and he was following me, I pretended to be grabbing things from the bushes and putting them in my pocket.
When he pulled me over, I pretended to throw things into the bushes to the right of my car/motorcycle/whatever.
He said" Excuse me sir, but we've noticed you stealing things, and I just saw you trying to dispose of things in the bushes."
The funny part occurred when he was the bad guy again. As I was chasing him down for speeding, he threw something over his shoulder.
When I pulled him over he said that they were sticky bombs and that he had killed me. (I think sticky bombs come from Grand Theft Auto, which he plays when his mom isn't around. I'm not going to "bust" him).
I said, "Do you see the moon? It's two days short of being full. I used energy from the moon to protect myself from sticky bombs. You now have cuiffs on."
His comment: " Horse, no 'fantasy stuff' allowed in this game!"
I then pointed out that it was 9:30 PM and that he'd better get home so he doesn't get in trouble.
He asked if if he could blame it on me if he got in trouble, and I said "yes." I haven't talked to him or his mom yet today, but my hunch is that she knew we were playing cops and robbers and was glad to have some "mom time."
No reduced internet time for the kid is my guess. What do you think? In trouble? Or not in trouble?

No fantasy stuff - haha.
I doubt you'll be in trouble for taking him off her hands for a while.
