Yesterday
I went to the grocery store yesterday morning with the intention of getting chicken for chicken and dumplings. Well, they didn't have any small packages of chicken so I had to settle for making spaghetti instead.
Came home and did a bit of bathroom cleaning before getting online.
I mylotted, I wrote, and I watched some youtube videos. I also cooked the spaghetti for dinner, and took care of the dishes in the dishwasher too.
I started watching a youtuber do metal detecting and I thought it was kind of pretty awesome. I may do a discussion separate on this, so I won't go into detail here.
Today
Well, spotify isn't playing on my google home. I've cleared the cache on the google home app, unplugged it and everything. Still nothing. Since my google also won't give synonyms anymore, I'm just a bit aggravated.
Oh well, I do have pandora and google music linked too so there's that. I'm currently listening to relaxing music on pandora.
What do I have planned for today? Another 1000 words, mylotting and.. well that's about it. I am sure there are little things here and there I'll end up doing too.
How was your Wednesday? (AKA Yesterday... I know it's Thursday! I keep getting people say (Today is Thursday here..) )

I've been metal detecting several times. It's a lot of fun. Same old, same old here...Weather's the same, day's the same.

It looks like a lot of hard work, but I am sure it pays off in the end. That and cache finding is what I'd love to do one day.
Have you ever done the latter?

@LindaOHio Thank you! I knew I wasn't saying the right word, but I could not remember the other word for it.
That seems like it could be fun too.

Yesterday was a cloudy dismal day and I didn't feel as energized as I do today. I guess sunshine brings out my energy and the mood for doing things. I'm busy organizing my yarn and craft supplies because I can't find anything when I'm looking for it.

I am sure the organization will also influence ideas for future projects. Happy re-organizing. I bet it will almost seem like your "shopping" for more.

@Marilynda1225 Oh, I am happiest surrounded by books so I understand that notion.
As for projects, I didn't inherit my mother's craftiness.

@ScribbledAdNauseum it's always fun to organize and figure out new projects. But like books, I can never have too many

We had a pretty cold night last night. Around 49 degrees I believe. I have enough blankets around me that I can take away or add if need be, so I don't mind it.
We are supposed to have rain here today too, no sign of it yet.

@ScribbledAdNauseum We have had a lot of rain lately. I do love the rain but I would be so happy to see some sunshine.

Yesterday was a lazy day for mom and I. The most I did was vacuum, make koolaid, and start all three meals. (Mom finished them all).
Today, I've gotten blood drawn, went to the store, cleaned everything from going out and washed my clothes from it. They're now in the dryer. Put clean dishes away and have dirty washing. Made mac n cheese for lunch. And watching tv.

What flavor did you make? I haven't made koolaid in such a long time! I can't even remember which was my favorite.
Wow quite a lot you've done today.

@Courtlynn Ah sounds delicious. That was one thing we seemed to always have in the fridge growing up.

I took allergy medicine last night because I could feel my own allergies coming on. I hope you feel better soon.

@Lakshman15 I see. Our vegetable supply seems to be okay. We face shortages on meat as farmers are faced with the decision to euthanize the animals they are unable to sell.
