Trying to figure out new ways to burn down my house

The polyurethane I use to make my coasters waterproof had gone dry. I decided to take the common-sense approach to "loosening it up" a bit. I put it in the oven.
I was going to concoct a story about how I chose 451 F (I liked the book) and burned down half of my kitchen, but I decided to tell the truth, for a change.
I turned the oven to about 150, left the stuff in there for a few minutes, and voila! It loosened up to a point where I could stir it with an old screwdriver and poly up my latest set of coasters.
Tomorrow's post will be about how I melted part of the handle of my favorite spatula by not noticing that the end of it was on the next burner as I fired up my coffee water.
