Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
Today I did not do the greatest food wise, again - but I did get a good work out in.
I was up earlier today, so we decided to get breakfast out for once. We wanted to try Wendy's new breakfast menu. I got their classic sausage, cheese & egg sandwich.
Then for dinner at my mom's we made hamburger helper. We split it three ways and there was some left over. When it is meals like that I don't know exactly how to track it so I didn't today.
When I got home I did an hour and a half Tae Bo workout. I will share it below.
I burned a little over 900 calories with the work out - not too bad.
I also ended the day with over 10,000 steps (I'll have those numbers in my weigh in post tomorrow).
How did you all do with food/exercise on the 7th?
Here is the workout for those interested:

I'm still doing well...no snacking. I had macaroni bean soup again. Good job for exercising!

That is good to hear! No snacking would be tough. Sounds like an interesting soup for sure. And thank you.

You worked out good and that is a big help. I chowed on cookies last night so not good.

I have worked out every day in May so far, I think. Cookies sound good though!
