Quality of a good leadership

Yes, you make some good points about leadership there. But, is good leadership something that is always needed, or not? If everybody is themselves, (their real selves) leading themselves through life, no leaders would be required, only cooperative co-leading of all, collectively ahead. This also requires good communication skills from all parties to the collaborative effort, otherwise, common leaders, and consensus leadership leads to too many chiefs, and not enough Indians, or as another saying goes too, too many cooks spoil the broth. A good leader, then, must stand out from the rest of the group of would-be mediocre leaders, through their having insight, into each person's ability to lead themselves, and others too. They must encourage others under them to become leaders too, rather than lord their own leadership abilities over these other potential, but as yet not realised leaders.
