Day three of doing exercises with my mylot exercise buddies in our individual homes.

I couldn't sleep again and hubs got up at seven am so I did my exercises facing the right side first. I basically did the same ones as yesterday. Then I tried to get more sleep. Sometimes I take melatonin to help me get to sleep initially and I take a couple more when I get up to use the bathroom so I can more easily get back to sleep again. Usually it works wonderfully. But this morning not so much. I actually did my business at 6:30. After trying to sleep once again after he and his snoring left the room and not succeeding I switched to my back and did the bridge exercises and then crunches from two days ago and finally finished in my left side with the various leg lifts. Today it didn't bother my knee quite so much but I did them a bit differently on that side so it wouldn't hurt. I then got up and did the wall knee bends. Maybe one day I'll look up the proper name for each of these exercises and see if I can find videos for any. Now I'm mylotting for a bit and then I need to trim two toe nails in the hopes that my toes won't hurt today while working. The checkout lines were loaded up most of the week but yesterday they went further back than I've seen in a long time. If you don't need to do a big shop today you should wait. Mother's day always brings in the crowds. Pic is my keto adapted recipe for breadless pizza. It looks like a fried when but isn't.

I hope you and everyone else here had a nice mother's day as well. I took the day off thinking we'd be getting together as a family which isn't happening. But, since I'm tired did working it's nice to have an e Xtra day off periodically and I have much planned for my day.

When I was in the mood of pizza but with less calories I grilled some slices of eggplants, topped with some tomato sauce, a bit of mozzarella and copped basil and in the oven for a few minutes, it was delicious.

How is that going, Marie? I get recipes in my inbox it on my computer and ordered one of their cookbooks which I've not used much. But I do use her recipes. They are wholesome yum and low carb yum both have food blogs. I agree some of what I've made of Instagram too if you are there. I lost 15 lbs last year. My goal was to not gain while off work after surgery so it was a bonus to lose some too. When the weather warms up in hoping it will be easier to stick with it again. I make a cauliflower Mac 'n cheese a lot. It only takes heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, model or other cheese and cooked cauliflower. The original recipe called for it on the oven and topped with crushed pork rinds but I skip the rinds now and do it on the stove.

Your breadless pizza looks good. Good for you. 3 days in a row. I did a 3.5K walk and my arm routine.

That's a decent walk especially is you've not walked much since last year. See You not going us as a buddie it just in heart, lol.

Good that you are keeping up with the exercise schedule. It looks like eggs ( sunny side up) but then I read your comment below to realize what actually is it. Sounds good and healthy
