May 10,2020 8:24 AM EST Yesterday The days are smashing into one another until they are hardly recognizable. Yesterday I did much the same as I've done any other day, especially now that I've taken to watching that guy metal detect and pan for gold. I unloaded the dishwasher, that was different than the day before. I spent a good twenty minutes (non-consecutively) combating ants from a couple of bananas that went bad (one minute they're "oh I can cut them up and freeze them later" and the next "why didn't I do this already? Ick!") So yeah, that was my day? Right... Today Today I'm staring at the hair dye box and thinking "yeah, it's only been a week, but this is oil based, surely it won't damage my hair." While at the same time I'm thinking, "Maybe I'll do it tomorrow?" Well, I don't have much planned today to be honest. I'm making sausage egg biscuits today for dinner. I feel like I want to have a completely lazy day, but those give me anxiety so... How was your Saturday? Yes, I am quite aware that it's Sunday, but I'm not asking about that, now am I?

Saturday was fine. This morning (Sunday) we thought to take a short ride up to check the landscape from the top. We forgot that we had to cross the border, but we cannot cross the border right now... well we arrived in front of the blocked border and came back home.

It is supposed to be a cold day here, a friend of mine asked if I wanted to ride up to the mountains today but I had to refuse. Our state has started to open back up, but we are still encouraged to stay at home.

@LadyDuck sorry that your border is locked. I suppose it’s because of the virus.

@Tampa_girl7 Yes, it is because of the virus. All secondary cross points are closed, to cross the border on the main roads you must have a valid reason. May be they are going to reopen at mid June.

Saturday was good except for the fact, that I managed to lose my remote which is still missing. You know what that means! Cleaning is in order but only enough to find it..it is Mother's Day afterall!

I had a habit of losing my remote or phone in my bedding ( I had a ton of it on my bed at one time) Have a good day!

@ScribbledAdNauseum That's good because it's been a long time already. We all need to start out lives somehow.

@cherriefic Yes, I agree. I know that there are those who worry about the economic impact. We are already headed towards a global recession.

We are coming out of lockdown in phases, though we are still encouraged to "Shelter in place".

Saturday was a lazy day for us. My brother and I watched movies all day.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I just can't sit still enough to watch a movie, but I'll spend several hours going down the youtube rabbit hole.

@simone10 I do that more and more now. The other night I was going to go and sit with the family, and I started to ask them a question but neither of them listened. I decided to just go back to my room then.

Saturday, Sunday...it's all the same to me. We watched a couple of movies last night. Nothing going on today. The same as usual. It was raining a little while ago; and it's about 50 degrees. Below normal for this time of year. Have a good day!

@ScribbledAdNauseum It tried to s**w yesterday; but it didn't stick. It's up to 60 here now. Yay! Raining off and on though.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Hopefully we will have nice weather from here on out. I'm tired of this back and forth stuff.

I will once it is done. I am not sure whether I will do it today or not, it all depends on whether I can get 1000 words written in my story before 2 pm.
