My Grand daughter has made me doughnuts .....

In these weird and not so wonderful times of Corona virus, the thing that I am finding most difficult is not the going out ...it is the fact that I can not see my grand children.
I work at the school where my Grandson goes and so see him every day and my Grand daughter almost every day when she comes with her Mum to pick her brother up.
We also see them every weekend, alternating between visiting them and taking them out.
At the moment though none of this is happening....
I have just been sent a photo of my Grand daughter with the doughnuts that she has been making for me and her Grandad.
It has bought a tear to my eye that we must stay apart ….We are all safe at the moment and it must stay that way …
Stay safe everyone ...we will get through this !

It's really tough not being able to see or be near your loved ones. I hope it doesn't last too much longer.

I am so sorry. 
I'm so thankful that I've still been able to see my grandchildren during the virus. Only 8 confirmed cases of Covid 19 have been reported in my city from the beginning. Many restrictions were lifted last Monday, May 4th, in my area.
