Top 4 contestants on The Voice are all male

This year on The Voice (US) each coach is represented in the finale and there is a 5th contestant as well. The person with the most votes from each team advanced and then the remaining contestants competed to be instantly saved by America. The way it panned out is that the person that made it through from each team based on America's vote was male. And the remaining contestants—who were all female—had to compete for the Instant Save. I lot of people on Twitter started complaining about the results, saying that there is a sexism problem on the show. Yes, it seems unfair that it was all males that made it to the finale, but it's not like the producers or the judges picked them. It's the public that voted them through. That means millions of people. So if they are complaining they are the ones to blame as they are the ones that led to these results. Or maybe those that complained didn't even bother to vote; and had they voted the results would have been different... What do you think of the results?
