I had some of the "charquicán" I made yesterday. It is a dish with ground meat fried over caramelized diced onion. Then you add half mashed veggies. I had gourd, potatoes, carrot and red sweet pepper. It was delicious.
But I don´t like to eat the same food every day so today I made a seafood risotto. I confess that as it turned out delicious, I ate it all although I could have had two small servings with it.
Now I will have just a small nap as I have things to do at home. See you later, friends.

The picture made me hungry. We miss the seafood like the crabs and the prawns that we buy from the Sunday market. It was closed since the lockdown.

I prefer the sound of charquican as I don’t like sea food, but what’s gourd?
