What's for dinner? May 14

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm not super hungry this evening so I think I'm just going to have a Caesar salad from a kit. I used to make amazing Caesar dressing from scratch but I left the immersion blender at the house when I moved out so I can't do that these days. I really do need to buy a new one. Anyway that's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

We had broiled steak(it was delicious), creamed potatoes and green beans.

@NJChicaa I'd never buy filet-mignon, in a hundred years. Jay's friend Al gave us meat for Christmas, from Omaha Steak. Jay had fixed their back porch and they wanted to do something kind, in return. The steak was delicious, but I'd never purchase this cut of meat!

On the way back from the doctor we picked up some Chinese. I had Orange Chicken with some white rice....and a diet Vernor's.

We're having breakfast for dinner... ham/cheese/potato/egg casserole with toasted English muffins, sauteed greens and zucchini, and sliced watermelon.
