Coffee is my favourite drink. it is basically a natural product that has many health benefits. It's just that adding sugar to it, can actually cause a shift in nutritional content. Especially if the levels of artificial sweeteners exceed the recommended threshold.
In Indonesia, black coffee is known as a drink that can increase energy levels so that it will eliminate sleepiness while making you excited about doing activities. However, studies reveal that black coffee has more benefits than that.
