I do miss getting out and seeing family but I haven't minded too much. I haven't read as much as I thought I would and I've sewn very little. I thought I would get back to painting but I haven't done that either. I've talked a lot on the phone, keeping in touch, and cleaned closets. I have a bag full to go to the Thrift store when they open. And now I can walk again. So all is well here. i hope all of you are just as lucky.
I don't know how I did it but I managed to lose my mask and had to make another one today. I've looked in the car, under the car and everywhere. I know I didn't take my mask off until I got in the car at the park yesterday. But it managed to disappear anyway.

@Courtlynn Okay so you are all right. One of my sisters ordered several from Amazon. I didn't think I needed to because I have lots of fabric. I should do something useful with it. I don't want to make another quilt for a while.

I still have all of mine so far. Kind of surprised I haven't lost any.

One of the topics at last week's Writer's Guild meeting was whether we're taking advantage of the lockdown and writing. Not many were. I'm sure you'll get back to those activities when things return to normal.
I hope you find your mask.

@amitkokiladitya I keep ours handy so they are close if we need them. I wouldn't dare go into a s tore without my mask.

I didn't sew other than to attach strings to tie the mask around my head. I folded a heavy piece of fabric to fit my face. I folded to make 4 layers. I think that's thick enough. I did a little more sewing on the one I lost. But this one looks all right. The thicker the mask the better.

Some things do seem to do a great disappearing trick.
