I have been looking for this cookbook everywhere and people are charging an arm and a leg for one but when I went to the local thrift store the other day I found one in a regular book form in mint condition. Only costs me 43 cents...I was so excited...now I can do more even though I like online recipes too but old fashioned is better...

It DOES seem like cookbooks are better than online recipes. Old church cookbooks are my favorite as the variety is so vast.

Good old Betty Crocker. When my Mom passed on, one of my sisters gave me Mom's Betty Crocker cookbook. Its the 50s version. I generally look up stuff like bread recipes from the 70's version.
