Weekly walking goals

I have to continue to make goals and plans to keep myself occupied, or perhaps, distracted from what has been going on around me in the world. I am normally a big traveler so it has been hard to stay at home all the time... on my off days. But instead, I have been trying to check out new regional parks and trails near my city. Last week, I had been to 3 different parks and clocked in 3 miles per day. My goal was 3 miles per day every day for the 3 day weekend, for a total of 9 miles. I am thinking about upping my goal to 3 miles, 5 miles, 3 miles for a total of 11 miles... and keep upping it. Eventually I would like to start running a little bit again, but not quite that motivated yet. The struggle is that I have a weak bladder and some of these places don’t have restrooms OR porta potties. Yikes. Attached is a picture of one of the parks I went to. Are you making any exercise goals, walking goals, or something else?

My goal is to do something each day. I hope to work up to a 35 km bike ride (or 50) But I think 35 is realistic since I did it last summer. And to work back up to 10K walking. Sometimes I go one way, then return past my house the other way. Then I am not as far from my washroom

hope you can met your upper goal one day,it is possible if you persist.I knew while you are running, the water of body will be consumed gradually,so after exercise, you must drink much water for compensation, this pose a new issue, you need go to toilet,i think most parks have toilet, thus running to a park may be wise.Good luck.
