Becoming greedy in fasting month

In this ramadan month, muslims are obliged to fast from dawn to dusk. The lesson from that iis we can feel how is the poor who starve because have not enough food to eat. But the fact is many people become greedy at iftaar time (breaking the fast). They eat too much and some time they eat much unhealthy food like fritters. That way degrades the benefit of fasting.

sometime i take 1-2 fritters too but evetyday. But i dont eat a lot

Every country hvae their own culture. But mostly people break the fast by drinking sweet drink to re energyze
