The authors of this book explored the world of North American bears and brought us some lovely pictures of all sorts of bears in their natural habitat. The bears look cute, funny and some are even fearsome. The book features several species of Bear and explains the difference in appearance, size and colour of all the various sorts of bears living in the wild.

I am always amazed how bears are depicted as cute and cuddly when in reality they are one of the most vicious and dangerous animals there are.

Some of the bears in this book look really dangerous, I would not like to meet one in real life.
