Hi everyone, I’ve already made a few posts and interacted a little, but it was recommended to me that I make a post to specifically introduce myself. So, hi everyone! Let me tell you just a little about myself:
I love writing, history, myths and legends, and science. And I like combining these things, like writing about how historical events tie into myths and legends and might explain them. I’ve even written a book about my theories on the origin of the legends of King Arthur.
I also like science fiction, like Doctor Who and Primeval. Sherlock is also something that holds my interest, although I wasn’t a big fan of the latest series.

Bingo !!! I also love history , myths and legends!!!. Its great to find out someone who shares the same interest in also those things that I do. Although I am not a very big science but yes history was always my favourite subject since my school time. Nice to meet you. Welcome to mylot.

@Swayamsiddha That’s cool, I’m mainly interested in Egyptian, Greek/Roman and ancient British myths and legends. I haven’t really looked into Indian myths and legends apart from one time when I was looking into a possible connection between Krishna and Hercules, but I didn’t get very far.

Are you talking about the Sherlock series in which Benedict Cumberbatch starred in? I love the series though, and I grew to love Benedict's own take on Sherlock Holmes. Why don't you like it, if I may ask?

Yeah that’s right, that’s the one. I really loved it up until the fourth series - I just felt the writing got pretty bad at that point, and it wasn’t nearly as clever as it was in the first three (especially two) series’.
