Nancy Pelosi zinged Trump last night

He announced to the world that he is (supposedly) taking hydroxychloroquine, an anti-malaria drug unproven to have any effect on COVID-19, in an attempt to prevent contracting the virus. Totally stupid advice. Dangerous advice. But it is to be expected from him at this point.
Anyway Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was interviewed by Anderson Cooper a few hours after that statement. I didn't see it. I just saw a brief clip of the exchange and it was a doozy! Cooper asked Pelosi what she thought of his medical "treatment". Her response?
"As far as the President is concerned, he's our President and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group -- morbidly obese, they say. So, I think it's not a good idea."
That is some serious shade thrown down by a master. She didn't have to resort to stupid nicknames. She didn't have to retweet dozens of people attacking someone for her. She just made her point very logically and knew where to hit Trump where it hurts--his vanity. 
I'm still surprised that he hasn't tweeted anything juvenile in response to Pelosi's comments but hey the night is still young.

I thought fat shaming was politically incorrect and condemned? "Morbidly obese" is the same as saying fat and drawing negativity to a person's appearance. If Trump called Oprah morbidly obese, which she is, the entire left would be offended and outraged. This is beyond politics and a cheap shot by anyone no matter political affiliation.

It is but after everything Trump has said about and called people. . . I think he left himself open to this one. I'm not going to try to split hairs about how it wasn't talking about his appearance. Not a big deal. When you bash everyone you dislike and call them losers, dogs, crazy, fakers, a-holes, etc. I guess you put yourself out there for others to comment on you.
Honestly I don't even care so much about what the comment is about. I just thought it was masterful the way she responded because she knows exactly where his ego's pressure points are.

I hope that pill causes all his hair and his teeth to fall out! He doesn't like anybody who doesn't agree, with his childish antics. Nancy Pelosi is a mature adult, she just spews out the truth. It's about time someone stood up to him!
