Bathing the dogs on Sunday morning

Since the grooming salon is closed due to the lockdown, we do the bathing of our 3 dogs. It takes at least 3 hours for that chore which we usually do on Saturday morning. But I prefer this instead of going to the salon especially now that there is the risk of the covid virus.

Now you have clean pups. Why is the one dog in the kennel?

@rebelann Pipoy is a dynamo that he wouldn't stop teasing the other dogs or would be running around the living room. He only stops when he runs out of breath. It is scary that he might die because of that so we keep him in the cage and only let loose when someone could look after him.

The one in the cage is Pipoy the pug. He has an attitude problem that cannot be corrected.

Good decision on your part to do that on your own. I think that is also a good bonding time for your dog now that we cannot just go out for them to exercise them.

@Alexandoy It will take some time before all this would go back to our normal normal. The new normal is something that will happen for quite sometime until we are really sure that it has left us for good.

No more grooming salon for now. Times have changed and we must adapt to the new normal.

The dogs look nice and fluffy! Think they like your baths better than the salon!

I think it is the opposite. They are grouchy at home.

@Alexandoy So why didnt you just bath them at home before? How often did you take them to the grooming salon?

@JimBo452020 in the grooming salon the fur can be trimmed and also the nails. They are grouchy with us when it comes to trimming the nails.
