This morning i am having a cup of black coffee and melinjo/gnetum chips. Actually i have gastritis problem so it is not recommende to drink coffee when my belly is empty
But i drink water first before enjoying my coffee to anticipate my gastritis problem.

@nawala123 oh, sorry to ask again. What is gnetum? Is is a vegetable or a grain?
