Gross news: cannibalism in rats for lack of food.

Not only direct gross news do we watch and read lately, but also side news that happen now.
I just read that rats in New York and New Orleans had changed their habits because of the lack of food in streets due to the COVID-19. The note said that older rats are being very aggressive with young rats and newborns and that they ate them later on. The source said we should take care not to leave food for us or our pets in places where rats might get them.
I was shocked by all this. I think that it is the time to check our houses so that rats and mice don“t get inside, specially if we have young children.
I am terrified although I live alone. Big cities have worse problems, it seems.

Terrible news. It could have dangerous consequence. Rats will start munching on anything if food is not available.
