Do You Ever Listen to Music While Posting in myLot

I meant to ask since as long as I've been on myLot since day one, I would be listening to music as well. The music is always different. Yesterday, it was Pharell singing about being happy, the other day it was Phil Anselmo with his angst-ridden lyrics, and now Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes are singing about 'Home'.
Anyway, I do have moments when I write in silence. I even have my headphones on but it is unplugged but more often than not, I would have some sort of background music playing. I don't see music as a distraction while I write but rather I see it as my inspiration... my muse. I consider it my own personal soundtrack as I go about doing my tasks. Sometimes, the prep time selecting songs to listen to takes awhile but I know the time spent is well worth it. I listen to my iPod... I listen online... Sometimes, I leave the telly on my favorite music channel and I just let the tv be my own personal dj.
Right now, I'm listening to local band Us-2 Evil-0 sing about a mighty heart attack... so my fellow myLotters, do you listen to music while posting at myLot?

@allen0187 But of course. I have headphones on so I don't subject others to it lol. But other times it's random songs, from pop to rock, and sometimes wrestling themes lol.
But lately, it's been television; The Golden Girls or A Haunting.

There are times I start out listening to music and then go to the TV while work here. I like a combination. I like Elvis Presley, Elton John, the Beatles, etc.

Yes, either music or news. I have several I tunes playlists I listen to while responding to posts. Or I might put on I Heart radio.

@allen0187 I'm an old timer so it usually Classic Rock. Those great 60's and 70's bands like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, and The Who.

I don't listen to music in the background. I teach music so while doing my work I have to be able to think about the music I'm going to teach. If I try listening while being on myLot or other things, it distracts me because I automatically listen carefully to it.
