Snapped this photo while out earlier looking for bird nests. I love the smell of the golden privet when it blooms. Soon these blooms will be full of honey bees. They love the nectar.
The sweet smell from these blooms are all over the yard. Stronger than the honeysuckle smell. And it reminds me of the fresh honey I used to get growing up. My uncle was a beekeeper. Good memories.
The yard is starting to come to life finally. Front and back yard is blooming and full of surprises. Bird nests are all over. They seem to enjoy the yard and that makes me happy.

wonderful. But I bet your sinuses are having a tough time
I do love fresh honey too though . Too bad you don't get the honey. Maybe look around for their nest

Very beautiful. Do the hummingbirds use the bush too; or do they concentrate on the feeders?
