weight loose

it's been a week of exercise, just 1kg low. getting fat day by day. i need some good tips that can help me a lot to be healthy and loose my weight.

@ManjLama It will take time so be patient with yourself. Can you walk where you live? Maybe take some walks. Find an exercise program online and do it.

@ManjLama People can want to eat because of this situation. I have been on my journey for 3 years now. I may be very stressed but the only thing I am accomplishing is keep my weight down.

You look lean from your profile photo. I would suggest you to put some weight rather Jokes apart. If you really want to reduce weight. Avoid fried food. Exercise / walk / cycle daily. include fruits and vegetables in your diet

actually, it is my old pic when i was 55kg. now i am over 68kg and no more height too. feeling very heavy myself. i run every morning and take lemon water but no more result..

Hi, 1kg in a week is a good way. And there is a diet called egg diet, which is basically protein diet (if you are a non-vegetarian) try that. Or there might be a protein diet with vegetables for those who want that. Egg diet is a very helpful and easy way, because many people in ky workplace have tried it and was successful.
