Health Journey Day 151 & Workout | May 30th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I thought I would share about my health journey for the day. The food was not the greatest as I had a planned "cheat" day. First, I did a work out. I did an hour and a half workout around 1 P.M. I did an hour of Tae Bo, and then 30 minutes of dancing. I burned 819 calories. That got me a lot of steps, and I am ending the day with 11,903 steps. What did I eat? Meal 1 - at 4:30 P.M. or so 2.5 slices of pizza handful of chips At 6 P.M. I had an ice cream cone for dessert. Meal 2 at 9-930 PM 1 corndog And about 10 fries or so. I didn't track my macros today, but of course the carbs are pretty high. My sugar after meal 2 was down to 84, so not too bad. What do you think of the day? I didn’t exercise much yesterday. I did ride my stationary bike.

@MommyOfEli2013 I try to always ride my bike even if I don’t do any other exercise.

Probably only because of the work out. I had carbs again today, but didn't work out and need a nap and feel sick.
