When I make Cincinnati Chili, I like to use McCormick's mild seasoning. I prefer black beans instead of pinto. Those are my two tips.

@Hannihar Cincinnati Chili is basically chili on top of a bed of pasta. I'm sure you could find McCormick's mild seasoning on-line. Original does taste awful. Mild is the best.

You use ground beef and kidney beans and spices and other things. I have never made it before so this will be my first time. You have actually never heard of chili?

I think that Chili sounds delicious. There really is no wrong way to make it as there are so many different recipes.
Today I will be trying a recipe I've only made once or twice before. I hope it turns out.

@Hannihar I suppose that is up to individual taste. However, when I said there is no wrong or right way, I meant there there is really no way to make it taste bad.

one of the twins makes chili in the crockpot, his is always perfect and the beans don't burn on the bottom of the pan!!!!
