Got evicted

Today I've just found out I got evicted from my apartment a few days before my lease renewal. My brother stopped by with my SIL to let me know since he received the email from my landlady. Although I've been cleaning everyday and staying on top of things for 9 months, it still wasn't up to my brother's and my landlady's standards. I'll be moving in August.
Plus, due to recent issues with my noisy neighbors for the past two months (partying and chatting late at night), I have a police report on my arguments with them, when I first called the police in April (no noise), and they called the cops on me 1.5 weeks ago (along with downstairs partying neighbors). My brother got on my case last Tuesday and my landlady texted me earlier that morning. Last week was probably the last straw with management.
He wants me to change in cleaning and dealing with neighbors when I move. So I'll be looking for new places to live, contacting my priest for help, emailing my dad for moving expenses money this week. My cousin won't be pleased to hear this when I speak to her this weekend by phone.

Thanks Heather. True. And these neighbors have been reported twice by the police for loud partying (not by me), according to my landlady in April. Why can't they go when I've been here longer than them?

Wow, I am sorry to hear this. It might be hard to find a decent place with an eviction on your record. (just what you didn't want to hear I know.)

@KristenH Might be something to check out. I have been in some of those apartments, they aren't too bad..They do inspect them periodically though.

Me too. I emailed my landlady and apologized for my past actions. She said that management decided not to renew my lease. They don't need to specify a reason. But she's going to talk to them and see what she can do to get me to stay.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that mess, but I hope the next place you land will have nicer neighbors that won't cause any trouble.

I have money in savings I can use. I might have to ask my father to float me money for movers. My brother and SIL, not so much help me with finances.
