Is your computer or laptop take your name?

Good Morning to all,
Yesterday I was surfing youtube video and suddenly one video comes in front that How to set our name or our company name which will be welcome noise instead of welcome music which we hear every time while starting our laptop or desktop
I tried it and its working so nice so kept it and when I start it will take my name and welcoming me. I didn't know about it before and glad to know this kind of thing also happens.
Are you guys know about it or you tried it before?

There is one text note we have to make then convert it in voice note and add-in startup.

Its just a one file add in startup which will speak whatever we included in its programme.

It will speak whatever we write in that programme. There is one text file which we have to convert in vbs format and add in startup. Welcome and your name , welcome your company name, etc it will speak.
