I am transplanting my marigold plants, friends. Finally they grew up to a size where they don´t die if transplanted. Today I transplanted 3 in bigger size pots and could see that their roots were quite strong. If the winter will let me, they will end up it the ground. But I have plenty of containers so there´s a lot to do yet. See you later. I´m off to a late lunch.

I'm glad they'll have more space for the roots to grow.

@marguicha I didn't know you could repot "too early." I try to have Miracle Gro Quick Start on hand when I repot.

Marigold are beautiful flowers and a must for every garden . But they often die when you try to transplant them and I never knew why?
