Rarely cleansing my hair using shampoo

I use shampo but not too often due to very short hair i have. Maybe oblie 1-2 times a week.I go to barbershop almost every month. I never visit barbershop more than 1,5 months. Having long hair makes me feel not comfortable.

I haven't had my hair cut since mid-March. I'm getting used to having long hair again, but I wash it every day due to exercise and sweating.

You mau cut your hair off... whole of them. So you dont need any shampoo anymore
