Drive By Shooting

A few weeks ago, I was at the local gas station when a drive by shooting happened! My neighborhood may be rough, but this kind of thing certainly isn’t normal. I think it’s the second drive by in 15 or so years. Luckily, the gas station wasn’t the target, the guy sprayed bullets into one house. An oncoming car also went into the ditch trying to avoid the insanity. No one was shot or seriously injured though. The shooter was still at large last I knew. I dived onto the asphalt parking lot really quick, messing my shoulder up in the process. I went to the doctor the next day but it will be another week before I can get an appt to start physical therapy. That shoulder has been bad for years though - so not going to complain about a chance for some physical therapy on it. Now...to just convince my neighbor not to set of fireworks this summer!

Wow, not sure how I'd react to something like that, good to hear no one was hurt

Yes! Better a partially torn rotator cuff than a bullet hole.

Gosh, that would be very frightening. I hope the treatment on your shoulder helps.

Scary stuff for someone from a very small town in a place like Scotland. Imagine if the petrol went booooom

I think the chances it could have lit the gasoline on fire were pretty small.
