Our dinner for tonight is chicken broccoli. It is boiled chicken that is sauteed and mixed with sliced broccoli. Nice to eat with steamed rice.

Well done you. So you have a new profession! Yesterday I cooked a massive chicken casserole my daughter had requested last week for me to cook it. She said she really missed my cooking and asked if I would make it. So I made it and my wife made dessert then I took it to her house for her and her family!

I also like pork ribs. I made it more often several weeks ago. Now I just need to have some change. We can't eat the same thing all the time, or we will be bored

@youless We like a lot, I usually serve with them a Moroccan warm salad of cooked aubergine and tomatoes, the name is Zaalouk.
