Radical?

Is it very radical to want justice to be according to crime? Because I personally think that this should be the case, I mean that perhaps the penalties already established do not represent much for the climatic. And I would suggest at least to thieves, remove hands, murderers, apply the same recipe, rapists, do the same to them, because spending years locked up does not correct them, it only worsens their psychological condition.

I would take it as a possibility for extreme crimes, we know that there are many psychopaths on the loose.

@therealanthony it is true there are many psychopaths on the loose but they don't all kill people or even commit any crime whatsoever.

The time will come when there is no more space, or they run away.

Yes instant justice is required. no point in putting a person behind bars for 20- 25 years.

Exactly, and that way perhaps we could avoid future crimes, frightening others who have such intentions.

That should be discussed in a congress, but human rights protect criminals and abusers.

I think in general the law provides a chance for the convicts to repent and change for good. Their time in prison is like a cleansing process. It will give them time to think over about their life. If they show a good behavior they can be subject for parole. I don't know how your justice system works in your place. These are just my thoughts.

I agree with that, maybe giving them a chance, if they don't change their behavior then they have no other way out.

Eye for an eye leaves everyone blind... If you murder a murderer you are no better than them... Some rapists have been assaulted, abused or raped themselves doing that to them again isn't necessarily going to make them stop... Some people can't be straightened out that is true but that is no reason to kill and maim them... Killing is not justice
