Health Journey 2020 - Day 167 | Back on Track | June 15th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my food/health post for the day. I finally got back on track. Let's start with the bad. The weigh in. Starting: 189.4 Lowest: 172.2 (June 5th) Current: 180 So, I am up 7.8 pounds since my lowest weight (mostly water weight). I know I will lose that now that I am back on track, and hopefully soon I will see a new low. Blood sugars: 30 day average - 120 (not too bad) Fasting today - 158 Meal 2 - 106 Meal 3 - 105 What did I eat? Meal 1 - 1 uncured beef hot dog 2 string cheese sticks 1 bottle of water with zipfizz After this meal I did 40 minutes of dancing Meal 2 - Low carb tortilla Philly cheese steak meat 1 slice swiss cheese mayo & sugar free ketchup Snack - 2 pieces of my low carb/sugar free tiger fudge candy I worked out again before my last meal - 65 minutes of dancing Meal 3 - Keto chow mug cake ~ Mocha flavor In the mug cake I also used an egg, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp butter and added some sugar free chocolate chips So....my numbers for the day -- Calories - 1,262 Protein - 74 Fat - 91 Net carbs - 16 Sugar - 4 Potassium - 3,628 Sodium - 2,945 Water - 40 ounces or so (I add lots of ice) Workout minutes - 105 Calories burned - 842 Steps - 12,973 I think all the numbers look pretty good....a pretty good Keto day. Glad you are back on track. I know most of that weight will go away fast for you.

I mostly am, lol....today I ended up eating one meal not low carb

@wolfgirl569 Well I had a burger (with the bun), some fries, and an ice cream bar lol. Brownies sound good though!

Your numbers look good. My calories are up but my sodium is way low. I need to increase it. I lost the water weight I gained so I'm doing something right.

They won't look as good today as I had one higher carb meal, but didn't do too bad. That's great you lost the water weight, but hope you can get your sodium back up some.

@kobesbuddy Thank you, I know it will be up by Monday....but I will lose it again. I hope by next Friday I can see a new low. My final goal is to be around 95 pounds at the lowest - I am only like 4'10 so that is a good weight

Today I was 173.4...so almost back to my lowest at 172.4

I did great yesterday, not so well today. Ugh. Sounds like an interesting soup....hope you enjoyed!

The diet plan is very good but very difficult to follow. Non of my favourite snacks are even mentioned. But I know if you want good results then you'll need to sacrifice
